This includes the name of the person making the reservation, address, telephone number, email address, and your credit card number and expiration date. We also need your flight details, destination and accommodation. All of this information is collected for different reasons, such as (but not limited to) to ensure that your transfer ride is waiting for the correct flight and knows where to take you to. Your email address and telephone number are needed in order to send you booking information and contact you in the unlikely event of any changes prior to departure. We require your address to assist us in processing your credit card transaction as proof of authentication and to help prevent any potential fraudulent activity.

Rider collects your information solely for the purpose of making your booking. Rider will only share your personal information with our authorized travel service providers, and only as necessary in order to complete a transaction that you specifically requested. These suppliers will have access to your contact details to reach or notify you of any changes or issues regarding your reservation. If you have a reservation via a Rider affiliate, then the affiliate has the right to request and receive your booking data, but not your payment data.

Travel changes

In the event that your travel plans are disrupted due to acts of God, mechanical problems/failures or political conditions, Rider may send you an e-mail notification to inform you of these conditions and help you make alternative travel arrangements.

SSL

When you send personal information to Rider over the Internet, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure safe transmission of data. Credit card details will be handled securely to ensure confidentiality and SSL encryption is employed to ensure sensitive data is protected.
